been made by Defendant since July of 1998 which was the lease
payment due for March 1998 and a portion of the April 1998;
leaving a portion of the April 1998 payment together with all
monthly payments occurring thereafter past due together with
late charges, continuing interest and other costs,
5, No assignment of the said Lease Agreement has
been made,
6. No confession of judgment has previously been
entered on the Lease Agreement in any jurisdiction.
7, The said Lease states that a default is committed
by Defendant if Defendant fail to make any payment when due or
breaks any promise Inade to Plaintiff,
in which event all
payments under the said Lease would become immediately due,
authol-izes
the
entry of

against
Defendant at th(:- option of Plaintiff, for th(~: remaining total
lease due.

8. As of December 22, 1998, the balance due under the
said Lease is in the principal sum of $ 1455.20 plus late fees
in the amount of $386,06 and reasonable collection fees in the
amount of $184.12.
9. Plaintiff demands judgment against the Defendant,
as authorized in the aforesaid I.JC'Z:1[:..'H:~ on default as aforesaid
for monetary damages in the amount of $1,841,26 together with
attorney'.'3 fees of $18,1,26, costs and interest from December
22, 1998,
