of various real estate projects in which Defendant was engaged. Those services
were provided between March of 1995 and August of 1997 and the charges for those
services are set out on a statement dated 24 June 1998, a copy of which is attached
hereto and marked as Exhibit A.
5. Plaintiff has well and truly performed its obligations under the oral
agreement with Defendants and performed its work in a good and workmanlike
fashion.
6. The work done by Plaintiff was done at the direction, request and
instruction of Defendant and all of the work was intended to and, in fact did, benefit
Defendant in his various real estate projects.
7. The prices charged by Plaintiff for its work are fair, are Plaintiff's
customary charges for such work, are in accordance with the customary charges for
such work in the Central Pennsylvania area, and are the prices which the
Defendants agreed to pay for such work.
8, Despite repeated requests and demands by Plaintiff, Defendants have
failed to make payment of the sum due Plaintiff since 12 March 1995.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment against Defendant in the amount
of $26,077.10, plus interest after 12 March 1995, plus costs of suit.
