in Upper Allen Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the southern legal right-of-way line of Bowmansdale Road (LR 416) at a
corner common to Lot Nos. 6 and 7 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along the southern
legal right-of-way line of Bowmansdale Road, South 57 degrees 00 minutes 22 seconds East, 315 feet to
a point, said point being a corner common to Lot Nos. 5 and 6 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots;
t\1ence along the dividing line between Lot Nos. 5 and 6, South 15 degrees 17 minutes 07 seconds West,
731.08 feet to a point, said point being a corner common to Lot Nos. 5 and 6; thence North 57 degrees
09 minutes 53 seconds West, 315 feet to a point, said point being a corner common to Lot Nos. 6 and
7 on the hereinafter mentioned plan of lots; thence along the dividing line between Lot Nos. 6 and 7,
North 15 degrees 18 minutes 21 seconds East, 731.91 feet to a point on the southern legal right-of-way
line of Bowmansda1e Road, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 5.04 acres.
BEING Lot No.6 on the Final Subdivision Plan of Yellow Breeches Farm, recorded in Cumberland
County Plan Book 34, Pages 56 and 56-A.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which Keith E. Peifer and Saundra M. Peifer, his wife, by deed dated
June 5, 1998, and recorded June 9, 1998, in Cumberland County Deed Book 178, Page 943, granted and
conveyed unto Gregory E. Black and Christy A. Black, his wife, the Owners herein.

work on the said building, or purchase materials tor the same in consideration of the making of the said contract
with Contractor and the further consideration

it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub.contractor, nor by any of
the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor.. or materials purchased, OT extra labor or materials
purchased for the erecrion of said building, the right to file such liens being ,expressly waived.
