Of Cumbertand Coun1y, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract,
with Excaliber Homes of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a 460+1- sqft addition
upon a lot of land situate 805 Keller Street Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylania,
owned by Owner.
"Now, July 21 sf. 2000,Qt the time of and Immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has' been given by the Sdld Virginia Chavez to the said
Excaliber Homes to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in
consideratIon of the making of said contracl with Excallber Homes and the further consideration
of one Dollar, to Excaliber Homes, paid by Virginia Chavez, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building and/or land for any labor, or materials purchased by any subcontractor,
nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased,
or extra labor or materials purchased for the ereclion of sold building, the right to file such liens
being expressly waived, exc~t those rights of the contractor as outlined under paragraphs 7,9,
14 and 19, of the contracls)lgned by Virginia Chavez and by Excallber Homes.
