BEGINNING at a point on the northern dedicated right of way line of Logans Run at
the dividing line of Lot Nos. 75 and 76; thence by the northern right of way line
of Logans Run, South Sixty-five (65) degrees Fourteen (14) minutes Forty-nine
(49) seconds West, Eighty (80) feet to a point at the dividing line of Lot Nos.

Forty-five (45) minutes Eleven (11) seconds West, One Hundred Five (105) feet to
