COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
1. The plaintiff is Steven B. Clark, residing at 25334 Beantree Court, Moreno
Vallew California.
2. The defendant is Kristi [. Clark. residing at 53 Brian Drive, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff seeks periods of partial custody of the following children:

The children were not born out of wedlock.
The children are currently in the custody of mother who resides at 53 Brian

4. The relationship of plaintiff to the child is that of father. The plaintiff
currently resides with the following person:

6. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another Capacity, in
other litigation Concerning the custody of the children in this or another court.
Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the children
pending in a court of this Commonwealth.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has
physical custody of the children or claims to have custody or visitation rights with
respect to the children.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of the children will be served by
granting the relief requested beCause:
a) Plaintiff can provide the children with a home with adequate moral,
emotional and physical surroundings as required to meet the children's needs;
b) Plaintiff is willing to accept periods of partial custody of the children;
c) Plaintiff continues to exercise parental duties and enioys the love and
affection of the children.
8. Each parent whose parental rights to the children have not been terminated
and the person who has physical custody of the children have been named as parties to
this action. All other persons, named below, who are known to have or claim a right to
custody or visitation of the children will be given notice of the pendency of this action
and the right to intervene:

it is hereby directed that parties and their respective counsel appear before Jacqueline M. Verney, Esq. , the conciliator,
at 4th Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle on Wednesday, November 14, 2001 at 9:30 AM
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.
The court hereby directs the parties to furnish any and all existing Protection from Abuse orders,
Special Relief orders, and Custody orders to the conciliator 48 hours prior to scheduled hearing.

STIPULATION FOR CUSTODY
STIPULATION made this day of November, 2001, between Kristi J. Clark, hereinafter
referred to as Mother. and Steven B. Clark. hereinafter referred to as Father.
WHEREAS, the above-named Mother and Father had born to them the following children on the
following dates:

8-19-87
AND WHEREAS, the above-named Mother and Father desire to enter into a Stipulation as to
the custody of the above-said children and to the partial custody rights of the non-custodial
parent:
NOW, THEREFORE, in order to effectuate the above purpose, the above-named Mother and
Father hereby stipulate that::
1. The Mother and Father shall share legal custody of the children.
2. The Mother shall have primary physical custody of the children.
3. The Father shall have periods of partial custody as agreed upon by the parties.
TO THIS PURPOSE, The parties hereto intend to be legally bound by the terms of this
Stipulation and desire to have the Stipulation entered as an Order of Court.
