Defendant, JACOB A RITCHEY, is an adult individual residing at Camp Hill Penitentiary ID# EE 8341 PO Box 200 Camp Hill Pennsylvania 17001. 2. On or about October 7, 1998 Defendant executed and delivered to Plaintiff a Motor Vehicle Retail Installment Sale Agreement Under account number 1400189157920001. The sum of $ 14,928.54 was financed at the annual percentage rate of 10.500 %. 3. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, Plaintiff loaned the Defendant This is an attempt to collect a debt and any information obtained will be used for that purpose* ~jlf'"'''''=< "'-=~~'^-~ ~~. By the terms of the Agreement, Plaintiff maintained a security interest in the subject motor vehicle. 6. A Motor Vehicle Certificate of Title, a copy of which is attached hereto, evidenced plaintiff's security interest. 7. Pursuant to the terms of the Agreement, the Defendant was to pay Plaintiff the sum of $ 320.87 per month for a period of 60 months beginning November 6, 1998. 8. On or about, November 6, 1999 the Defendant defaulted under the terms of the "Loan Agreement" by failing to make monthly payments when due. 9. The result of the default created a deficiency, by reason of which Plaintiff has been damaged in the sum of $ 16,092.89, demand for which has been made of the Defendant, and no part of which has been paid by Defendant. The Defendant is in default under the terms of the Loan for failure to make monthly payments as they became due and owing. The following amounts are due: Principal + Interest + Late Charges + Credit for Direct Payments Attorney Fees + TOTAL Plus interest from 5/26/00 at $ 3.62 per day. $ 12,583.40 $ 795.29 $ 32.05 $.00 $ 2,682.15 $ 16,092.89 WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant, JACOB A RITCHEY in the amount of $ 16,092.89 together with interest from 5/26/00 at 3.62 per day and costs of suit.
