STIPULATION OF THE PARTIES
The parties hereto stipulate as follows:
1. They are Wendell E. Millhouse, Jr., hereinafter Father, and Megan M. Millhouse,
hereinafter Mother.
2. They are the parents of Heather M. Millhouse, born September 10, 1997.
3. Father is represented by Carol J. Lindsay, Esquire. Mother is not represented but
understands that she has the right to seek independent counsel of her own.
4. The parties desire to settle their outstanding custody issues by the entry of a Court
Order incorporating the terms of this Stipulation.
5. The parties will share legal custody of Heather M. Millhouse.
6. Father shall have primary physical custody of the child, and Mother shall have partial
custody of the child at the times the parties can agree.
7. The parties will do nothing or say nothing in the presence of the child which will injure
the child's love and respect for her parents.
8. The parties will keep one another advised of their current addresses and telephone
numbers.

9. Neither party will remove the child from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania without
the written permission of the other party, which permission will not be unreasonably withheld to
permit each party to vacation or visit outside of the Commonwealth for brief periods of time.
10. The parties desire that the terms of this Stipulation be entered as an Order of Court.
