6602(a), and (2) files a statement, if true, that no court in which he has previously filed
- prison condition litigation against the persons named as defendants herein, or a person
serving in the same capacity as the named defendants herein, has made a finding that
the prior action was filed in bad faith or that petitioner knowingly presented false
evidence or testimbn~ at a hearing or trial. If such a finding or findings have been
made, petitioner should set forth the details and a copy of such findings (see 42
Pa.C.S. Section 6602(f)).
