Plaintiff is CENTRAL BANK C/O WELTMAN, WEINBERG & REIS, 175 South Third Street, Suite 900, Columbus, OH 43215-5134. 2. The names and addresses of the Defendants are DENNIS J. CLARK, 7073-75 Carlisle Pike, Lot 139, Carlisle, PA 17013 and REBECCA A. SMITH-CLARK, 2341 Walker Mill Road, Harrisburg, PA 17110. 3. On or about November 3, 1993 Defendants entered into a Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract, a true and correct copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit "A", for the purchase of a 1994 Skyline mobile home. 4. The aforesaid Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract required the Defendants to repay the principal amount together with interest, late charges and reasonable fees and expenses in enforcing the Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract. 5. A copy of the Certificate of Title evidencing the Plaintiff's lien is attached hereto as Exhibit "B". 6. Following default in the payments due under said Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract, Plaintiff sent to Defendants on March 1, 2002 a Notice of Repossession and Right to Redeem, true and correct copies of which are attached hereto as Exhibit "C". 7. The Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract is in default in the following respects: (a) The principal debt, which became due upon the failure of Defendants to pay the monthly installments, has not been paid, and has not yet been paid as of the date of the filing of this Complaint. (b) Monthly installments provided for in the Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract have not been paid. (c) Late charges provided for in the Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract have not been paid on all delinquent and currently outstanding items of principal and interest. (d) Defendants have failed to keep, observe, perform or comply with the terms, covenants, provisions, obligations, conditions, promises, agreements and warranties contained in the Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract. 8. The mobile home was sold for $4,547.00. There remains due to Plaintiff from Defendants the following amounts: Principal & Interest Taxes, lot rent, teardown, winterization Insurance Attorney's Fee Costs of Suit Less Sale Price Credit $22,149.42 $10,221.99 $139.51 $1,107.71 $900.00 +$33,618.63 -$4,547.00 $29,071.63 WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands judgment be entered in its favor and against Defendants in the amount $29,071.63, due and owing to the Plaintiff, plus interest at the rate specified in the Mobile Home Installment Sales Contract, plus all other charges and costs according to law.
