Cumberlana County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows: in Deed Book "G", Volume 32, Page 218.

NOY, IHEREFORE. it is hereby stipulaced and agreed by and bec-Meen ~~e said
par-cies, as par-c of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
for~, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor o~
materialman. nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the saia
contractor under this concract shall file a lien, commonly called a"mechanic's
lien, {or work done or maCe rials furnished Co the said building or any part
thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed wi~~ the Counc-J
