COMPLAINT
AND NOW, comes Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., formerly Financial Trust
Company, through its Attorney, William A. Duncan, Esquire, and files this Complaint of
which the following is a statement:
l. Plaintiff is Keystone Financial Bank, N.A., a corporation organized and existing
under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with its main office and principal place
of business located at 1415 Ritner Highway, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania
17013.
2. Defendant, IRENE E. DWYER, an adult individual resides at 2624 Creek View
Drive, Dauphin P A, I '70' <j("
3, On or about July 1, 1999, Defendant made, executed and delivered to Plaintiff a
Promissory Note and Loan Agreement financing Ten Thousand and 00/100 ($10,000.00)
Dollars, a copy of said note being attached hereto as Exhibit" A" and is incorporated herein by
reference as though fully set forth.
4. Said note has not been assigned.
5. Said note is in default because Defendant herein has failed to pay the payments
that were due and owing for the months of April 2000, May 2000 and June 2000.

6. By reason of the aforesaid default, the entire principal balance of Eleven
Thousand Two Hundred Thirty and 75/100 ($ll,230,75) Dollars, with interest thereon at the
rate of lO.99 % per armum computed from January 28, 2000, along with late charges and
attorneys fees now due and payable.
7. The Defendant is liable to the Plaintiff for the following on said Agreement:
A. Principal amount and interest
due to date
$9,745.87
B. Late Charge
$20.00
C. Attorney's Collection fee
$1,464.88
TOTAL:
$ 11,230.75
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff prays the Court to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff for
the amount of Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Thirty and 75/100 ($11,230.75) Dollars
together with costs and all other amounts advanced by Plain' .
