WHEREAS, Dr. Richard J. cantor of 820 Belvedere Street, Carlisle, Pennsylvania, is about
to enter into a contract with R. S. MOwery & sons, Inc., of Carlisle, Pennsylvania, for the
construction of a New Office Building for cantor & Team Orthodontics located at 3 TYler
court, south Middleton Township, Cumberland County, pennsylvania.
NOW, July 31, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Dr. Richard J.
cantor to the said R. S. Mowery & sons, Inc., to commence work on the said building, or
purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with
R. S. Mowery & Sons, Inc., and the further consideration of One Dollar to R. S. Mowery &
Sons, Inc., paid by Dr. Richard J. cantor, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
buildings or property by the contractor, noranysubcontractor, nor by any of the material
men or workmen nor any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra
labor or materials purchased for the completion of said buildings, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.
