2000, Said fees were assessed and charged pursuant to applicable rate resolutions of the
Middlesex Township Municipal Authority,
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the fees charged and duly
assessed, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owners' account with Claimant,
which sum of$2,012,61 was duly assessed against the above Owners and premises beginning
July 6, 2000 and for which sum, together with interest and costs, a lien is claimed against the
above premises in accordance with the Municipal Authorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945 P.L.
