R.C.P. 4019 and Local Rule of Court 4019, Motion is made to compel discovery as follows: 1. Plaintiff is Harrisburg Glass Co., a judgment creditor. 2. Defendant is Cumberland Group, Ltd., a judgment debtor. 3. On July 17, 2003, the attached Post-Judgment Interrogatories addressed to Defendant were served on the Defendant Cumberland Group, Ltd. 4. The purpose ofthese Interrogatories was to ascertain assets of the company, which, at present, is listed as a company in good standing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. 5. Defendant has failed to file any objections, or in any way, answer the discovery properly served upon Defendant. 6.
