P A 17025. is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Carlson Construction of 1085 Countty Club Road. Camp Hill. P A 17011, for the erection of a two stm)' brick and siding residence upon a lot of land situate and known as ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel ofland situate in East Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known and numbered as 505 Leeward Lane, Lot #8, River Bend, Eno1a, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. See attached legal description. NOW, July .;>, 5'm , 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Manuel E. Cordeiro and Drenda S. Cordeiro to the said Carlson Construction to co=ence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Manuel E, Cordeiro and Drenda S. Cordeiro and the further consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar, to Carlson Construction paid by Manuel E.
