Pennsylvania, has made, constituted and appointed and by these presents does make, constitute and
appoint GAYLE E. VARNER, its true and lawful attorney for it and in its name and stead, to execute
and file statements of termination of fmancing under the Uniform Commercial Code and to execute
and file releases, subordinations or satisfactions of mortgages in the office. of any Prothonotary of any
CoUrt of Common Please of Pennsylvania, in the office of any Recorder of Deeds of Pennsylvania, and
in the Office of the Secretary of the Commonwealth at Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO said attorney full power and authority to do and perform
all and every act and thing whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises as
fully as to all intents and purposes as Orrstown Bank, Orrstown, Pennsylvania, itself might or could do,
hereby ratifying and confirming all that said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do by these presents,
hereby certifying that the signature of said attorney appearing in the attached exhibit is his proper
signature,
