MORlTZ, an adult individual, who currently resides at 500 Allenview Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 2. The defendant is MADELINE R. The parties desire to enter into an amicable agreement for custody and visitation of their minor child, namely, Casey E. Moritz, born September 27, 1991. 2. The child presently resides with Madeline R. Marcotte, respondent herein, at 1086 King Road, Apt. Dl13, Malvern, Chester County, Pennsylvania. 3. The parties have reached an agreement with regard to the custody of the child and they do hereby stipulate and agree as follows: a. Madeline R. Marcotte shall have primary physical custody of Casey E. Moritz. b. Joseph S. Moritz shall have partial physical custody of Casey E.
