STIPUlATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Hotres Building COI'l'pClI1y, a Pennsylvania CorJXlration of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a =tract with Charter Hotres
Building Corrpany, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perform labor necessary
for the COI)Struction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of ground
located Falkstone Drive, lDt #539, The Highlands of Harrpden Square, Phase VII,
Harrpden Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or rraterial
lll3ll, nor any other person furnishing labor or rraterials to the said contractor
under this=tract shall file a lien, camonly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is rrade and intehded to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accqroilllce with ~ requi~ts of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien law
of 1963 of the Comronwealth of Febnsylvania in such case provided.
