STIPUIATION AGAINST LIENS

WHEREAS, Charter Hares Building Collpany, a Pennsylvania Co:rp:>ration of
Lancaster County, Pennsylvania entered into a contract with Charter Hares
Building Corrparty, Contractor, to provide rraterials and perform labor necessary
for the const:ruction of a single family dwelling house upon a lot of g=und
located Falkstone Drive, Lot #538, The Highlands of Hanpden Square, Phase VII,
Harrp:ien Township, Cumberland County PA.
NOW, 'IHEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the =ideration therein set
forth, that neither the undersigned =tractor, any sub-contractor or rraterial
rran, nor any other person furnishing labor or rraterials to the said contractor
under this contract shall file a lien, cOl11IDnly called a rrechanic's lien, for
work done or rraterials furnfsbed .to the said building or any part thereof.
'I'his stipulation is rrade and interiaed to be filed with the County Prothonotary
in accordance with the requ:t:r;errents. of Section 1402 of the Mechanics Lien Law
of 1963 of the COl11IDnwealthdf Pei1b,sylV2lri.j.a in such case provided.
