Plaintiff is PNC Bank, N.A., a corporation doing business at the above captioned address. 2. The Defendant is Steward H. Hartman, Jr., who is the mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter described, and his last-known address is 401 E. Coover Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055. 3.
