CIVIL ACTION/MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE
1. Plaintiff is PNC Bank, N.A., a corporation doing business
at the above captioned address.
2. The Defendant is Steward H. Hartman, Jr., who is the
mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter
described, and his last-known address is 401 E. Coover Street,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. On 8/8/96, mortgagor made, executed and delivered a
mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Plaintiff which
mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland
County in Mortgage Book 1337, Page 109.

4. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the
mortgage attached as Exhibit "A" and is known as 401 E. Coover
Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
5. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of
principal and interest upon said mortgage due 11/25/99 and each
month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said
mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month,
the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are
collectible forthwith.
6. The following amounts are due on the mortgage:

true and correct copies of such notices attached hereto as Exhibit

WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant in
the sum of $27,302.32, together with interest at the rate of $3.6
per diem and other costs and charges collectible under the mortgage
and for the foreclosure and sale of the mortgage property.

1. Plaintiff is PNC Bank, N.A., a corporation doing business
at the above captioned address.
2. The Defendant is Steward H. Hartman, Jr., who is the
mortgagor and real owner of the mortgaged property hereinafter
described, and his last-known address is 401 E. Coover Street,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. On 8/8/96, mortgagor made, executed and delivered a
mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to Plaintiff which
mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Cumberland
County in Mortgage Book 1337, Page 109.

4. The premises subject to said mortgage is described in the
mortgage a.ttached as Exhibit "A" and is known as 401 E. Coover
Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
5. The mortgage is in default because monthly payments of
principal and interest upon said mortgage due 11/25/99 and each
month thereafter are due and unpaid, and by the terms of said
mortgage, upon default in such payments for a period of one month,
the entire principal balance and all interest due thereon are
collectible forthwith.
