Whereas, Heath A. Swab and Lesley G. Swab, husband and wife, of Mechanics burg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
Haubert Homes, Inc., of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a two-story
building with garage upon. a lot of {and situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
as more particularly described in a deed from Harvey A. Swab and Dorothy M Swab, husband and wife,
to HeathA. SwabandLesley G: Swab, husband and wife, dated March 2, 1999, and recorded in
Cumberland County RecordBook 195, Page 269.
Nuw, May 17, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal
contract, and before any authority has been given by the said OWNERS to ,the said CONTRACTOR to
commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making
of the said contract with CONTRACTOR, and the further consideration of One Dollar, to
CONTRACTOR, paidby OWNERS, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the
contractor, Orany sub-contra(:tor, nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materialspurchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection. of said building, the
right to file such liens being expressly waived
