JUDGMENT NOTE
FOR VALUE RECEIVED and intending to be legally bound, ROBERT L.
MATTESKY, an adult individual with his principal address at 25 Water Street, Walnut Bottom,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter "Obligor"), promises to pay to IRWIN,
McKNIGHT & HUGHES, its successors and/or assigns with its principal address at 60 West
Pomfret Street, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania (hereinafter "Obligee") the sum of
Five Thousand One Hundred Thirty-two and 50/100 ($5,132.50) Dollars, including costs of suit,
lawful money of the United States of America, with interest accruing thereon at a rate of one and
one/halfpercent (1.5%) per month, compounded annually. Obligor agrees to pay to Obligee a
minimum of $100.00 per month said payment due by the 1st of each month commencing
April 1, 2003. Obligor may prepay in whole or in part any portion of the principal due
hereunder without penalty at any time.
At any time subsequent to the execution hereof, the Obligee may demand payment in full
whereby Obligor further does hereby authorize and empower any attorney of any court of record
of Pennsylvania or elsewhere to appear for him and to enter judgment against him for the then
outstanding balance of this Note, with or without declaration, together with costs of suit and
reasonable attorney's fees, and with full release of errors. Judgment hereunder may be confessed
on executed or photostatic copies of this Note as many times and in as many jurisdictions as is
necessary to secure satisfaction of any unpaid balance or balances, and the judgment or
judgments confessed shall be without stay of execution. Obligor specifically waives and releases
any and all relief from any and all appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state whether
currently in force or hereinafter to be passed.

DISCLOSURE STATEMENT
The undersigned, having read this document in its entirety, and fully understanding it,
hereby states, admits, acknowledges, and certifies the following:
1. I, as the Obligor, have this day signed a Judgment Note in which I promise to pay
to IRWIN, McKNIGHT & HUGHES, the principal sum of Five Thousand One Hundred
Thirty-two and 50/100 ($5,132.50) Dollars, together with interest thereon as stated in the Note.
2. The said Judgment Note gives the person who holds or owns the note the right to
file and enter judgment against me without any prior notice to me and without any right of
formal pleading, notice, or hearing before the entry of said judgment.
3. Such a judgment entered against me will automatically create a lien on all real
estate owned by me at that time, whether I own it now or acquire it later.
4. Such a judgment entered against me will entitle the person who owns or holds
such a judgment to issue execution against my property which can result in the Sheriff physically
attaching or taking possession of said property and selling it at a Sheriffs Sale.
5. That I will be compelled and required to hire an attorney to file formal documents
to open or strike such a judgment if I have a valid defense to the action taken against me, and
without those documents being filed, I will not have a right to a hearing or trial on such judgment
matter.
6. That I have an income which is at least $10,000.00 per year.

RELEASE OF LIEN OF JUDGMENT NOTE
For value received, IRWIN & McKNIGHT, a Pennsylvania general partnership and
successor in interest to IRWIN, McKNIGHT & HUGHES, does hereby release and discharge
from the lien of the above-captioned Judgment Note the following real estate known as 315 Shed
Road, Newville, Pennsylvania:
ALL that certain tract of land with improvements thereon erected, situate
in Lower Mifflin Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of Township Road 1'-412 at corner
of Lot No. lion Land Subdivision for Levi Z. Fisher; thence along Lot No. 11,
North 45 degrees 22 minutes 35 seconds East 363.60 feet to a point; thence along
lands now or formerly of Levi Z. Fisher, South 60 degrees 25 minutes 01 seconds
East 102.90 feet to a point; thence along Lot No. 13 on the aforementioned Land
Subdivision for Levi Z. Fisher, South 45 degrees 22 minutes 35 seconds West
377.59 feet to a point in the center line of Township Road 1'-412, North 52
degrees 40 minutes 59 seconds West 100.00 feet to a point, the Place of
BEGINNING.
BEING all of Lot No. 12 on Land Subdivision for Levi Z. Fisher, by Carl
D. Bert, R.S., dated on the preliminary Plan March 1977, and recorded in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Plan Book 35,
Page II. CONSISTING of 0.8424 acres, more or less.
BEING the same premises which Kimberly A. Mattesky, formerly
Kimberly A. Morrison, married adult woman, granted and conveyed to Kimberly
A. Mattesky and Robert L. Mattesky, then husband and wife, by deed dated
December 18, 1997 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 169, Page 103.
PROVIDED, always, nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in any way affect,
alter, or diminish the lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid judgment, or the remedies at law for
recovery thereof or against the said judgment debtor, his successors or assigns, the balance of the
principal sum with interest secured by said judgment.

successor in interest to Irwin, McKnight, & Hughes, has caused this Release to be executed by its
