The Plaintiff having filed a Motion for an Emergency Ex Parte Order
Naming her Residential Parent and Legal Custodian of the Minor Child and
Ordering His Immediate Return to the State of Ohio; and the court having found
that good cause exists for granting said order, it is this l(p-l'h day of August, 2000,
ORDERED that the Plaintiff, Tanya Sponenberg, is named temporary
residential parent and legal custodian of the minor child, Jared Timothy Fleisch,
born June 10,1997; and it is further,
ORDERED that the Defendant, Karl Deimler, is to immediately return
Jared Timothy Fleisch to his mother and legal custodian, Tanya Sponenberg:
and it is further,
ORDERED that the Cumberland County Sheriffs Department and/or any
law officer of a law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over defendant, Karl
Deimler, and the minor child, Jared Timothy Fleisch, born June 10, 1997, should
