STIPULATION AGAINST MECHANICS' LIENS
WHEREAS, on the Z~.t1LdaY of ,Aviv.:;f-
entered into between
, 2000, a written agreement was
Jim Miller Custom Builder, Inc., of29 Tannery Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019
(hereinafter called Contractor) and
Robert E. Smith and Dorothy S. Smith, of215 Mountain Road, Dillsburg, PA 17019
(hereinafter called Owner)
whereby the said Contractor undertook and agreed to provide materials and perform labor
necessary for the construction of a dwelling house
on premises owned by Owner more fully described on Exhibit "A" hereto attached and made a
part h'l~.of.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties,
as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned
Contractor, or any sub-contractor or materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or
materials to the said Contractor under this contract shall file a lien, commonly called a
mechanics' lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary of Cumberland
County within ten days after date, in accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of
Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands and seals
