thereon erected, situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with the Subdivision Plan
Eor Herman Fickes, recorded in the Recorder of Deeds Office in and Eor
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, on July 20, 1982, in Plan Book 42, Page 25.
BEGINNING at an iron pin on the dedicated right-aE-way line twenty-five
(25.00',) feet from the centerline of a township road at corner common to Lot
No.1 of the above said Plan of lots; thence along said'Lot No.1 North 85
degrees 14 minutes 2 seconds East, a distance of t~o hundred twenty-four and
twenty-seven hund,edths (224.27') feet to 8n iron pin; thence along lands now
or formerly of G.L. Jones South 01 degree 00 minutes 20 seconds East, a
