AND NOW, this 5th day of September, 2000, the
defendant having appeared in open court and having admitted that
he is in contempt of the protective order entered November 22,
1999, by the Honorable Jeannine Turgeon, he is thus adjudged,
Sentence of the court is that the defendant pay the
costs of prosecution and undergo supervised probation for a
period of six months on condition that he be and remain in good
behavior and that he abide by the protective order, that he
continue with his alcohol counseling, and that the parties in
this action reside separate and apart.

local law enforcement agency for delivery 10 the Sheriffs Office, Ihe following weapons used or threatened to be

at Tressler Lutheran Services, Mosaic Counseling Services or any other approved batterer's counseling
program, within 10 days of the entry of this Orde" Defendant must snceessfully complete Ihe program by
satisfying all counseling and administrative requirements. Defendanl may be released from such program
by the Court prior to the expiralion of the 26 weeks if the counselor determines the Defendanl has
successfully compleled Ihe program and no further benefit is likely to result from the continuation of such
counseling.
