7. The best interest of the child will be sewed by granting the relief
requested because: I the Plaintiff, Trudy Adams, am requesting temporary
custody of my granddaughter, Hayley Adams, for her to be covered by my
medical insurance (BS/BC, Custom Blue), provided by my employer,
Claremont Nursing Home. I acknowledge that custody is temporary and
conditional upon her Mother, Heidi Adams being employed fulltime, (able
to provide insurance coverage), or a claim of parental rights have been
proven, and the responsibility of medical coverage accepted. At this time no
other person has claimed right to custody or visitation.
