CLARK of 150 FARM LANE, MANCHESTER is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with HAUBERT HOMES, of 15 CENTRAL BLVD., CAMP HILL for the erection of a story Pennsylvania. INC. Pennsylvania, building upon a lot of land situate and commonly known as 1501 Inverness Drive, Mechanicsburg, Township of Hampden, County of Cumberland, Pennsylvania, as set forth in the deed dated recorded at Deed Book , Page , in the Recorder's Office for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as more specifically described in Exhibit "A" which is incorporated herein and attached heteto. NOW. 3// X~2003 at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid by Owner . it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. SIGNEDANDSEALEDINTHE pR OF Exhibit "A" ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land being situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows, to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northern right-of-way line of Aldersgate Circle, a 50 foot wide street, said point being the southeastern comer of Lot No. 105; thence along the eastern line of said lot North 02 degrees 01 minutes 17 seconds West, a distance of 94.39 feet to a point, said point being the southeastern comer of Lot No. 106; thence along the eastern line of said lot North 04 degrees 49 minutes 52 seconds East, a distance of 15.97 feet to a point, said point being the southwestern comer of Lot No. 79; thence along the southern line of said lot South 83 degrees 23 minutes 38 seconds East, a distance of 118.27 feet to a point, said point being on the western right-of-way line of Inverness Drive, a 50 foot wide street, said point being the southeastern comer of Lot No. 79; thence along said right-of-way line along a curve to the left having a radius of 375.00 feet and an arc length of 67.02 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 01 degrees 29 minutes 12 seconds West, a distance of 66.93 feet to a point; thence continuing along said right-of-way line along a curve to the right having a radius of 25.00 feet and an arc length of 39.97 feet, said arc being subtended by a chord of South 42 degrees 10 minutes 22 seconds West, a distance of 35.85 feet to a point, said point being on the northern right-of-way line of Aldersgate Circle; thence along said right-of-way line South 87 degrees 58 minutes 43 seconds West, a distance of 89.76 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 11,606.76 square feet or 0.2665 acres. SAID Lot is being subject to half of a 20 foot wide Drainage Easement following the western boundary line as being shown in greater detail on Final Plat Sheet 3 of 4 of Phase III of Fairwinds Subdivision revised September 8, 1998, as prepared by Melham Associates, P.C.
