STIPULATION
AND NOW, comes the parties, by and through counsel to
stipulate for custody as follows:
1. The Plaintiff is Birgitta Gustafson, an adult
individual residing at 33 Derbyshire Drive, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, PA.
2. The Defendant is Shujaath Mehdi, an adult individual
residing at 43 North 14th Ave. Apt. No.2, Manville, NJ.
3-,. The"parties are the natural parents of Aliya L. Mehdi,
D.O.B. 6/16/88 and Laila .F. Mehdi, D.O.B. 6/4/91.
4. The parties agree that the natural mother shall have
legal and physical custody of said children.
5. The parties further agree the Respondent father shall
have periods of visitation or partial physical custody
as .the parties shall agree.
6. The parties further desire that this be evidenced by
Order of Court.
7. This Court shall retain jurisdiction in this matter.
