'1' I , ~ - ,.~_ - 0- -. ;"'~ ' Complaint Court of Common Pleas Cumberland County Pennsylvania Case No. 2000-6303 A neighbor, Mr. Thomas J. Usiadek, who owns property that borders a fifty (50, foot western portion of our property, crosses over onto our property to dump his lawn and garden waste. Requesting that Mr. Usiadek cease this dumping has not been successful. I have an estimate from Robert E. Reese, landscaper, in the amount of $645.00 to remove the trash that has been dumped. This estimate was given June 6, 2000. It was based on the amount of trash at the time, but it could increase if more was present at the time of clean up.
