COMPLAINT
1. Reliance Finance Company has a place of business located
at 3810 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
2. Joseph C. Durf resides at 739 Sandbank Road, Mt. Holly
Springs, PA 17065.
3. On or around December 14, 1996 Joseph C. Durf purchased a
1992 Dodge Shadow automobile from Big Dog Auto Sales, Inc.
The same
was assigned to Reliance Finance Company on December 16, 1996.
4. At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and Joseph
C. Durf entered into a motor vehicle installment sale contract. A
copy of the same is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
5, Said motor vehicle installment sale contract required
Joseph C. Durf to pay to Reliance Finance Company 54 monthly payments
of $234.67 beginning on January 13, 1997.
6. Joseph C. Durf is delinquent on his payments owed to
Plaintiff.
7, The current balance owing by Joseph C. Durf to Reliance
Finance Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle installment sale
contract as of June 29, 2000 is $5,582.00.
8. Reliance Finance Company has requested that Joseph C. Durf
pay the aforesaid balance, however, he has refused to pay the same.

9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the
recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to
$475.00.
WHEREFORE, Reliance Finance Company requests judgment against
Joseph C, Durf in the amount of $5,582.00 plus $475.00 in attorney
fees for a total of $6,057.00.
