COMPLAINT
1. Reliance Finance Company has a place of business located
at 3810 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
2. William M. McNamee and Mary L. McNamee reside at 1018
Swarthmore Road, New Cumberland, PA 17070.
3. On or around June 13, 1997 William M. McNamee and Mary L.
McNamee purchased a 1990 Dodge Daytona automobile from The Auto
Connection. The same was assigned to Reliance Finance Company on June
13, 1997.
4. At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and William
M. McNamee and Mary L. McNamee entered into a motor vehicle
installment sale contract.
A copy of the same is attached hereto as
Exhibit IIA".
5. Said motor vehicle installment sale contract required
William M. McNamee and Mary L. McNamee to pay to Reliance Finance
Company 36 monthly payments of $127.60 beginning on July 13, 1997.
6. William M. McNamee and Mary L. McNamee are delinquent on
their payments owed to Plaintiff.
7. The current balance owing by William M. McNamee and Mary
L. McNamee to Reliance Finance Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle
installment sale contract as of June 29, 2000 is $1,062.00.

8. Relianc~ Finance Company has requested that William M.
McNamee and Mary L. :McNamee pay the aforesaid balance, however, they
have refused to pay the same.
9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the
recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to
$475.00.
WHEREFORE, Reliance Finance Company requests judgment against
William M. McNamee and Mary L. McNamee in the amount of $1,062.00 plus
$475.00 in attorney fees for a total of $1,537.00.
