at 214 Senate Avenue, Suite 105, Camp HiD, PA 17011 on the 25th day of October ,2000, at 1:00 p.m.
for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or
if this cannot be accomplished, to defme and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary
order. All children age five or older may also be present at the conference. Failure to appear at the conference may
provide grounds for entry of a temporary or permanent order.

COMPLAINT FOR CUSTODY
1. The plaintiff is David B. Thompson who resides at 2500 Walnut Bottom Road,
Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013.
2. Defendant is Raena C. Miller who resides at 7 Pine Road, Apartment 404, Mt.
Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, 17013.
3. Plaintiff and defendant are the parents of Kierstyn Thompson born March 27,
1998, in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania.
4. The child is presently in the custody of both parties, as the parties have a
shared time schedule.
5. The child resided with plaintiff and defendant until February 1999.
6. Plaintiff has not participated as a party or witness, or in another capacity, in
other litigation concerning the custody ofthe child in this or another court.
Plaintiff has no information of a custody proceeding concerning the child
pending in a court of this Commonwealth.
Plaintiff does not know of a person not a party to the proceedings who has
physical custody of the child or claims to have custody or visitation rights with respect to
the child.
7. The best interest and permanent welfare of the child will be served by granting
custody or shared custody because the child will have a stable and continuing
relationship with both parents.
8. Each parent whose parental rights to the child have not been terminated and
the person who has physical custody of the child has been named as parties to this action.

ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this ~ '\- day of ~ , 2000, upon consideration of
the attached Custody Conciliation Summary Report, it is hereby ordered and directed as
follows:
1. Legal Custody. The parties, David B. Thompson and Raena C. Miller, shall have
shared legal custOdy of the minor Child, Kierstyn Thompson, born March 27, 1998.
2. Physical Custody. The parties shall share physical custody according to the
following schedule:
a. Mondays: The Child shall be with Mother until 3:30 p.m. Father shall have
custody from 3:30 p.m. until 6:15 a.m. Tuesday.
b. Tuesdays: Mother shall have custody until 3:30 p.m. Father shall have custody
from 3:30 p.m. until 6:15 a.m. Wednesday.
c. Wednesdays: Prior to Mother's first weekend in each month, Father shall have
custody from 3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. In months wherein there is a fifth Wednesday, Father
shall have an additional period of custody from 3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on the fifth
Wednesday.
d. Thursdays: Mother shall have custody until Friday at 3:30 p.m.
e. Fridays: If Friday precedes Father's custodial weekend, Father has the Child
from 3:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. on Friday. On Fridays preceding Mother's custodial weekend,
Father has the Child from 3:30 p.m. Friday until 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
f. Weekends Father's weekend commences Saturday at 9:30 a.m. until Monday at
6: 15 a.m. on alternating weekends to commence November 4, 2000. Mother's weekend shall
be from Saturday at 4:30 p.m. until Monday at 3:30 p.m. to commence November 11, 2000.
3. In the event that either party is unable to exercise their period of custody with the
minor Child for a period of three (3) hours or more, that party shall first contact the other
parent regarding additional custodial time prior to arranging for a third party to provide
babysitting or childcare.

4. Transportation. Mother will pick up the minor Child at 8:30 p.m. at Father's home
on the Wednesday evenings when Father has custody. Otherwise, Father will provide all
other transportation incident to this custodial arrangement.
5. Holidays. Holidays shall be divided as the parties may mutually agree.
