against Alfred C. Sheaffer and Ovetta L. Sheaffer ("Owners") and that certain tract ofland
including improvements thereon, owned by Owners and described as follows:

for costs associated with the removal and cutting of grass and weeds by the Claimant on the
days of September 8, 2000 and September 13, 2000 upon the property of the Owners identified
above. Said costs were incurred and charged in accordance with actual time expended for such
cutting and removaL
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character ofthe service rendered and price
charged therefore, said statement being a true and correct copy of the costs for cutting and
removal of grass and weeds in the amount of$22.50 amount is claimed as a lien against the
above premises in accordance with the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act of May 16, 1923,
P.L. 207, 53 P.S. SS 7101, et seq., as supplemented and amended, and Chapter X, Section 2
