COMPLAINT
1, Reliance Finance Company has a place of business located at
3810 Walnut street, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
2, Teresa L, Miller resides at 609 B Geneva Drive, #24,
Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
3. On or around August 20, 1997 Teresa L. Miller purchased a
1994 Dodge Shadow automobile from Cockrell's Auto Sales.
The same was
assigned to Reliance Finance Company on August 20, 1997.
4. At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and Teresa L.
Miller entered into a motor vehicle installment sale contract, A copy of
the same is attached hereto as Exhibit "A",
5. Said motor vehicle installment sale contract required Teresa
L, Miller to pay to Reliance Finance Company 48 monthly payments of
$250.82 beginning on September 20, 1997,
6. Teresa L, Miller is delinquent on her payments owed to
Plaintiff,
7, The current balance owing by Teresa L. Miller to Reliance
Finance Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle installment sale contract
as of July 21, 2000 is $587,97,
8. Reliance Finance Company has requested that Teresa L, Miller
pay the aforesaid balance, however, she has refused to pay the same,

9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the
recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to $475.00.
WHEREFORE, Reliance Finance Company requests judgment against
Teresa L. Miller in the amount of $587.97 plus $475,00 in attorney fees
for a total of $1,062,97.
