RICHCREEK, Defendant CIVIL ACTION - LAW COMPLAINT 1. Reliance Finance Company has a place of business located at 3810 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109. 2. Andrew W. Richcreek resides at 8325 Bull Road, Lewisberry, PA 17339. 3. On or around January 5, 1998 Andrew W. Richcreek purchased a 1991 Toyota Corolla automobile from Auto-Max of Mechanicsburg. The same was assigned to Reliance Finance Company on January 5, 1998. 4. At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and Andrew W. Richcreek entered into a motor vehicle installment sale contract. A copy of the same is attached hereto as Exhibit "A". 5. Said motor vehicle installment sale contract required Andrew W. Richcreek to pay to Reliance Finance Company 42 monthly payments of $221.70 beginning on February 5, 1998. 6. Andrew W. Richcreek is delinquent on his payments owed to Plaintiff. 7. The current balance owing by Andrew W. Richcreek to Reliance Finance Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle installment sale contract as of July 20, 2000 is $2,302.00. 8. Reliance Finance Company has requested that Andrew W. Richcreek pay the aforesaid balance, however, he has refused to pay the same. :,,~" ~~ ~" u. .~ ...- ',"," 9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to $475.00.
