upon a lot of land situate lot 31. L1sburn Meadows Development Monroe Township. Cumberland County,
Pennsylanla. owned by OWner,
Now, September 28, 2000. at the time of and immediately before the execution ofthls principal
contract and before any authorily has been given by the said Debra Eckstine-Raloh to the said
Excaliber Homes to commence work on the said building. or purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of said contract with Excallber Homes and the further considercrtion
of one Dollar. to Excaliber Homes. paid by Debra Eckstine-Raloh. it is agreed that no lien shall be filed
against the building and/or land for any labor. or materials purchased by any subcontractor.
nor by any material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purcha&sd.
or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building. the right to file such liens
being expressly waived. except those rights of the contractor as outlined under paragraphs :7.9.
14 and 19, of the contracts signed by Debra Eckstlne-Raloh and by Excaliber Homes.
