COMPLAINT
1. Reliance Finance Company has a place of business located
at 3810 Walnut Street, Harrisburg, PA 17109.
2. Julie A. Davis and William L. Davis reside at 67 Spring
Road, #1, Carlisle, PA 17013.
3. On or around August 20, 1997 Julie A. Davis and William L.
Davis purchased a 1991 Mazda Navajo automobile from Big Dog Auto
Sales, Inc.
The same was assigned to Reliance Finance Company on
August 20, 1997.
4. At the time of sale, Reliance Finance Company and Julie A.
Davis and William L. Davis entered into a motor vehicle installment
sale contract. A copy of the same is attached hereto as Exhibit "A".
5. Said motor vehicle installment sale contract required
Julie A. Davis and William L. Davis to pay to Reliance Finance Company
48 monthly payments of $311.51 beginning on September 19, 1997.
6. Julie A. Davis and William L. Davis are delinquent on
their payments owed to Plaintiff.
7. The current balance owing by Julie A. Davis and William L.
Davis to Reliance Finance Company on the aforesaid motor vehicle
installment sale contract as of July 5, 2000 is $1,335.00.

8. Reliance Finance Company has requested that Julie A. Davis
and William L. Davis pay the aforesaid balance, however, they have
refused to pay the same.
9. The aforesaid installment sale contract provides for the
recovery of reasonable attorney fees which in this case equal to
$475.00.
WHEREFORE, Reliance Finance Company requests judgment against
Julie A. Davis and William L. Davis in the amount of $1,335.00 plus
$475.00 in attorney fees for a total of $1,810.00.
