COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiff, Alban Engine Power Systems, a division of Alban Tractor Co., Inc.
is a corporation maintaining an office and place of business located at6455
Washington Boulevard, Elkridge, Maryland.
2 Defendant, Michael J. Bronchik, is an adult individual who trades and
conducts business under the name of Unique Midways and has a residence and/or
place of business located at 102 Ian Drive, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17065.
3. At the special instance and request of the Defendant, Plaintiff provided the
rental of a Caterpillar Generator set for the time period from May 24, 1999 through
August 23, 1999 for which there is presently due and owing to Plaintiff the sum of
$7,484.50, plus interest and the costs of suit.
4. Plaintiff has rendered to Defendant statements of account showing a
balance due to Plaintiff by Defendant in the amount of $7,484.50 to which Defendant

has not objected, and an account has therefore been stated between Plaintiff and
Defendant as set forth in Exhibit "A", which is attached hereto and incorporated
herein, in the amount certain of $7,484.50.
5. Although duly demanded the said outstanding balance in the amount of
$7,484.50 has not been paid by Defendant to Plaintiff or anyone acting on behalf of
Plaintiff and therefore the sum of $7,484.50 is due and payable with interest and the
costs of suit.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff demands Judgment against the Defendant in the amount
of $7,484.50, plus interest and the costs of suit.
