ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Penn Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows in accordance
with a Final Subdivision Plan for Maple Grove (Phase 2), recorded in
the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in
Plan Book 79, Page 80, to wit:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the northern side of Deer Ridge
Lane, on the dividing line between Lots 22 and 23 on said plan; thence
by the northern side of Deer Ridge Lane, North 85 degrees 55 minutes
12 seconds West 200 feet to a point; thence by the dividing line
between Lots 23 and 24 on said plan, North 04 degrees 04 minutes 48
seconds East 324.39 feet to a point; thence by land now or formerly of
