Katkocin, of 3803 Pamay Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with KA TKO, Inc. of Post Office Box 370, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the erection of a dwelling upon a lot of land situate as follows: ALL THAT CERTAIN parcel of land situate in Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and described to wit: BEGINNING at a point on the northeastern right-of-way line of Locust Lane at the common front property corner of Lot No. 183 and drainage easement as shown on the hereinafter mel1tioned Plan of Lots; thel1ce along said right-of-way line North 60 degrees 43 minutes 26 seconds East, a distance of 100.00 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 182 and Lot No. 183; thence along said dividing line North 29 degrees 16 minutes 34 seconds West, a distance of 102.31 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 183 and other lands of Hampden Hearth; thence along said dividing line South 61 degrees 10 minutes 15 seconds East, ,a distal1ce of 150.25 feet to a point at the dividing line between Lot No. 183 and a drainage easement; thence alol1g said dividil1g Iil1e South 05 degrees 57 minutes 39 seconds West, a distance of 87.10 feet to a point; thence continuing South 29 degrees 16 minutes 34 seconds East, a distance of 30.00 feet to a point, said point being the Place of BEGINNING. BEING Lot 183 on the Plan of Lots of Hampden Hearth Final Plan Phase I, recorded in Plan Book 61, Page 13, Cumberland County Courthouse. UNDER AND SUBJECT to Declarations recorded in Miscellaneous Book 340, Page 491, and Miscellaneous Book 433, Page 942, in Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. - .~ -- "~ '. u _. . ~ . .1. NOW, the day of September, 2000, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Joseph J. Katkocin , to the said KA TKO, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with KA TKO, Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to KATKO, Inc. paid by Joseph J. Katkocin, it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
