WHEREAS/ the said parties have by a duly executed Agreement under seal, bearing even date herewith, entered
into a written contract for the erection and completion of a single family dwelling
to be erected on

in which Agreement the Contractor convenanted, promised and agreed that no mechanics' claims or liens should be
, entered and filed against the said building or buildings or any part thereof, or the curtilage or curtilages appurtenant
thereto,
NOW THIS AGREEMENT WITNESSETH: That Contractor fDr and in cDnsideratiDn of the awarding to him by
Owner of said contract as aforesaid, as well as the further consideratiDn of One ($1.00) Dollar to him paid at or before the
ensealing and delivery afthese presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby covenantl promise
and agree that no mechanics'lien or claim Dr other lien or claim of any kind whatsoever shall be filed against the said
building or buildings or the curtilage or curtilages appurtenant thereto, by Contractor or by any sub-contractor,
materialmen or laborers for work done or materials furnished under said contract for and about said building or
buildings or any part thereof, or on credit thereof, and that all sub-contractors, materialmen, and laborers on said work
shall look to and hold Contractor personally liable for all sub-contracts, materials furnished and work and labor done,
so that there shall not be any legal or lawful claim of any kind whatever against Owner for any work done OI labor Dr
materials furnished undeI said contract for and about the erection, construction and completion of said buildings IOS
aforesaid, or under any contracts for extra work, or for work supplemental thereto, or otherwise .
AND, in order to give the Owner full power and authority to protect himself and the lot or lots of ground against any
and all claims filed by the Contractor or anyone acting underorthrough him otitin violation Dfthe foregoing covenant,
the said Contractor for himself, themselves, itself, hereby irrevocably authorizes and empowers any Attorney of any
Court of Common Pleas ofthe Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, to appear for him, them, it, or any of them, in any ofthe
said Courts of Common Pleas as Attorney for him, them OI it and in his, their, its, name, mark satisfied of record at the
cost.and expense of the Contractor OI of any Sub-Contractor or Materialman, or Materialmen, any and all claims or
claim, lien or liens, filed by or for the Contractor, or any Sub~Contractor or Materialman, or in his or their name against
said building or buildings, lot or lots of ground or any part thereof and for such act OI acts this shall be good RIlLd
sufficient warrant and authority, and a refelence to the Court, Term and Number in which and where this Agreement
shall have been rued shall be a sufficient exhibit of the authority herein contained to warrant such action, and the
Contractor for himself, themselves, itself, do hereby remise, release and quit-claim all rights and all manner of errors,
defects and imperfections whatsoever in entering such satisfaction or in anywise touching or concerning the same.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the said parties have hereunto set their hllnds and seals dated the day and year first
above written.

"LEGAL DESCRIPTION"
ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described in accordance with a plan
prepared by Robert E. Stiffler, R.S., revised March 25, 1980 and
recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland Countv
in Plan Book 39, Page 25. .
BEGINNING at a point in northern right-of-way line of Dogwood Terrace
at corner of Lot No. 264, Section M, White Rock Acres; thence along
Lot No. 264, North 81 degrees 17 minutes 34 seconds East 192.37 feet
to a point at Lot 265; thence along Lot No. 265 South 3 degrees 33
minutes 19 seconds West 333.00 feet to a point common to Lots 265,
262, and 263; thence along Lot No. 262 North 46 degrees 12 minutes 32
seconds West 189.42 feet to a point in cul de sac of Dogwood Terrace;
thence along Lot No. 263 in cuI de sac by a curve to the left having a
radius of 50.00 feet an and arc distance of 98.50 feet to a point;
thence continuing along northern edge of Dogwood Terrace North 05
degrees 05 minutes West 92.00 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
CONTAINING 0.916 acres and designated as Lot 263, Section M, White Rock
Acres.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions and reservations
applicable to White Rock Acres Development of Penn Products
Corporation effective August 1, 1997.
EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the Grantor in above recited deed, its
successors and assigns, all mineral, clays and sand beneath the
surface of the ground. This provision shall not be construed to give
the Grantor or its successors or assigns the right to mine or remove
any minerals, clay or sand from the lot herein conveyed.
ALSO EXCEPTING AND RESERVING unto the Grantor in above recited deed,
its successors and assigns, all gas and oil rights benenth the surface
of the ground.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES which David G. Long and Carol A. Long, husband
and wife by deed dated June 25, 1999 and recorded June 29, 1999 in the
Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed
Book 202, Page 608 granted and conveyed unto Ronald C. Brill and Grace
Mead-Brill, husband and wife.
