Whereas, JEFFREY L. BRENT and KELLY A. BRENT, his wife, of 7 Strawberry Lane, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania are about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract with
SHERIFF BUILDERS, INC., of 301 Dorwood Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, for the
erection of a dwelling house upon a lot of land situate in Dickinson Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, being known as Lot No. 26, Final Subdivision Plan for Rockwell Farms, Sheet 2, as recorded in
Cumberland County Plan Book 63, Page 79A, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the right-of-way line ofthe cul-de-sac of Harmon Drive (50 feet wide
radius) at line of Lot No. 24 as shown on the above described Subdivision Plan, now land of the grantors
herein; thence by Lot No. 24, North 04 degrees, 49 minutes, 07 seconds West, 100 feet to a point; thence
continuing by said lot, North 11 degrees, 12 minutes, 36 seconds East, 490.16 feet to a concrete monument in
line of Lot No. 25 as shown on the above described Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No. 25, South 25
degrees, 13 minutes, 59 seconds East, 676.33 feetto a point in line of said Lot No. 25 at comer of Lot No. 27,
both as shown on the above described Subdivision Plan; thence by said Lot No. 27, South 87 degrees, 08
minutes, 54 seconds West, 321.47 feet to a point on the right-of-way line ofthe cul-de-sac of Harmon Drive;
thence by the right-of-way line of the cul-de-sac of Harmon Drive by a curve to the left, having a radius of
50,00 feet, a distance of 80.26 feet to a point on said right-of-way line, the point and place of BEGINNING.
Now, October 12, 2000, atthe time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract,
and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said Contractor to commence work on the
said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with them
and the further consideration of one Dollar, to Contractor paid by Owners, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any ofthe material men or workmen
or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection
of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
