1. I am a member of the iaw firm ofGEISENBERGER & COOPER, P.C., which firm is
counsel for Plaintiff in the within matter.
2. No Notice of Appeal was filed from the Judgment entered by District Justice Judy,
Magisterial district 12-2-03 in Civil Docket No. CV-0000158-98.
3. The last known address of the above-captioned Defendant, Anne M. Stodghill, nIb/m
