Promissory Note
FOR VALUE RECEIVED. the undersigned (which term, as used herein, shall
include the undersigned and each endorser, guarantor. accommodation party and
surety of thi s Note), joi ntly and severa 11 y, promi se to pay to the order of
Robert and Mary Noll the sum of Four thousand and eighty dollars 31/00
($4.080.31) together wi th interest at the rate of 8.00% per yea r in equa 1 monthly
installments of $121.30 commencing on December 1. 2000 and continuing on the same
day of each month thereafter until paid in full.
In the event of any default hereof. all remaining payments shall become due
and payable at the option of the Holder and the undersigned agree to pay all
costs of collection. including ten percent (10%) for attorney's fees if placed
in the hands of an attorney for collection. Upon default, the undersigned
further authorize any clerk in any Court in Pennsylvania or elsewhere to enter
judgment by confession against theem in favor of the Holder hereof for the full
among appeari ng due and payable hereon, together wi th interest. charges,
attorney's fees of 10% and costs of sui t. as above provi ded. Demand or
presentment for payment, notice of dishonor, protest and notice of protest are
hereby waived.
