Plaintiff is M & M Contractors, Inc., a corporation duly incorporated under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with a principal office at 221 West Martin Avenue, Shippensburg, PA 17257. 2. Defendant is Oakwood Homes, Inc., a corporation organized under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with an address of 422 West Main Street, Mountjoy, PA, 17552. 3. On or about April 6-7, 2000, Plaintiff conducted and completed excavation and concrete work on behalf of, and as requested by, the Defendant in York and Franklin counties (the "Bray and Matson jobs"). 4. On numerous occasions, Plaintiff sent invoices totaling Two Thousand Four Hundred Twenty Eight and 25/100 ($2,428.25) Dollars to the Defendant for its services performed and materials used at the Bray and Matson jobs.
