Cumberland Count:'J, i'ennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
ALL that certain tract of land situate in South Middleton Township,
Cumberland County, pennsylvania, bounded and described as Lot 12
according to a Proposed Re-Subdivision plan for Yorkfield, prepared
by Stephen G. Fisher, P.L~S.. of Fisher, Mowery, Rosendale & Associates
Inc., dated January 27, 1999, and recorded in Cumberland County Plan
Book 81, Page 28.

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulaced and agreed by and bec-Jeen the said
parties, as part of che said concracc and for the consideration therein set
forth, that neicher the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor OL
macerialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or mace rials to che sai~
concractor under chis concracC shall file a lien, commonly called a"mechanic's
lien, f'or work done or mace rials furnished to the said building or any par':
cheraof.
This stipulation is made and incanded to be filed with the GOun~l
i'rothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in accordance with requirements
of Act of Assemble of i'ennsylvania, in.such case provided.
