WHEREAS, Owners, by Joseph E. Singer and Maria Chianos Singer, are about to
execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Leggett, Incorporated, Contractor, with a
principal place of business located atl989 Hummel Avenue, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania for the
erection/renovations upon a lot ofland with buildings erected thereon and known as 315 West
Maple Avenue, Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being Tax Parcel # 32-23-
0557-045, and located in Borough of Shiremanstown, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania which
is more particularly described in Cumberland County Records at Deed Book 28 A, Page 207 and
on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereof.
NOW, this,;i..p day of October 2000, at the time of and immediately before the
execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to
the said Contractor, to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same
in consideration of the making of the said contract with the Contractor and the further
consideration of One ($1.00) Dollar and other valuable considerations, receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged, to the Contractor paid by the Owner, it is agreed that no lien shall be
filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-Contractor nor by any of the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or
materials purchased for the erection/renovations to said building, the right to file such liens being
expressly waived. WITNESS our hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.

ALL THAT CERTAIN piece or parcel of land situate in the Borough of Shiremanstown, County
of Cumberland and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the eastern line of West Avenue, said point being at the dividing line
between Lots Nos. 8 and 9 on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said dividing
line North 78 degrees 56 minutes East 82.58 feet to a point; thence South 11 degrees 04 minutes
East, 110 feet to a point on the northern line of Maple A venue; thence along the northern line of
Maple Avenue South 78 degrees 56 minutes West 107.40 feet to a point on the eastern line of
West Avenue; thence along the eastern line of West Avenue North 01 degree 39 minutes East
112.77 feet to a point, the place of BEGINNING.
BEING Lot No.8, Block H, Plan No.8, Shireman Manor, said Plan being recorded in Plan Book
14, Page 12.
HAVING THEREON ERECTED a dwelling house No. 315 W. Maple Avenue, Shiremanstown,
Pennsylvania 17011.
UNDER AND SUBJECT to conditions, easements and restrictions of prior record pertaining to
said premises.
BEING THE SAME PREMISES WHICH Albert Tucci and GinaL. Tucci, husband and wife, by
their Deed dated August 30, 1978, and recorded August 31,1978, in the Office of the Recorder
of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book A-28, Page 207, transferred and
conveyed unto George Daskalakis and Evangelia Daskalakis, husband and wife, Mortgagors
herein.
