COMPLAINT
AND NOW TillS 23RD day of OCTOBER, 2000 comes Natalie Fuchs by her counsel,
Henry F. Coyne, Esquire and fetes the following complaint:
1. Plaintiff is Natalie Fuchs, an adult individual who resides at 40 Foxcroft Drive,
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Andrew Snell Concrete Construction with its principal share of business at
30 Umberto Street (Rear), New Cumberland, York County, Pennsylvania.
3. On or about August 20,2000 Plaintiff entered a contract for Defendant to remove a
driveway and walk at her residence and replace them with concrete. (See Exhibit "A")
4. On or about August 19, 1999 Defendant removed the concrete walk and driveway and
replaced them with concrete.
5. On or about February 13, 2000 Plaintiff noticed the driveway and sidewalk had
numerous cracks.
6. Plaintiff alleges Defendant performed its services in a defective and unworkmanlike
manner resulting in a breach of warranty, breach of contract and violation of the Pennsylvania Unfair
Trade Practice and Consumer Protection Law (73 P.S. 201 et seq.) which is incorporated herein by
reference.

7. Plaintiff will have to spend at least $7,100.00 to remove the defective driveway and
sidewalk and replace them with concrete, (See Exhibit "BOO)
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff seeks a judgment against the Defendant for $7,100,00, plus counsel,
fees, courts, interest and penalties that the Court deems appropriated under 73 P.S. 201-8 and
201-9.2 et seq.
